Solo 10 to 60, no respec required. Dungeon invites help a healer. They do not move a spec that cannot kill a quest mob.

Beast Mastery HunterThe Hunter file calls it the best leveler in the game. The pet tanks. You drink less.
Affliction WarlockThe Warlock file's leveling pick. Instant Corruption and a pet. DoTs kill while you walk.

Frost MageIcy Veins: comfortable, not fast. Frostbite and Ice Lance keep melee off you. You still drink.
Arcane MageThe safe mage rating, and Arcane Missiles works on the move once Missile Barrage exists.
Marksmanship HunterAimed Shot is baseline at 20. Slower than Beast Mastery because the pet is not the plan.
Assassination RogueIcy Veins: high early damage and Remorseless Attacks for chain pulls. Poisons have to stay applied.
Feral Combat DruidCat for the quest, bear when it hurts. The file's dungeon role is the bear. Solo, the cat is enough.
Enhancement ShamanMelee with Ghost Wolf. Stormstrike comes late. Still faster than healing your way to 60.
Destruction WarlockHard casts and a pet. Fine once Shadowburn exists. Affliction is the one that does not stand still.
Shadow PriestSpirit Tap and a wand. This is the Priest solo spec. The healer trees borrow it and admit it.
Retribution PaladinHoly Strike from level 6 and a bubble. Mobalytics puts the class in S. This is the spec that earns it.
Protection PaladinYou can tank every dungeon quest on the way. Solo is slower than Ret. The invite is the point.

Fire MageIcy Veins: slightly slower, because the crit talents are deep and low levels do not have the crit.
Survival HunterThe file levels it ranged-first on purpose. The melee kit is the payoff, not the 10-30 experience.
Combat RogueSinister Strike and a weapon upgrade. Icy Veins says the specs feel the same at 20. Combat wakes up at Blade Flurry.
Subtlety RogueAmbush is strong. You are in stealth a lot, and you have no heal. First Aid is mandatory.- Arms WarriorIcy Veins: slow, weapon-dependent, bad at two mobs. Mortal Strike does not fix levels 10-30.
Fury WarriorSame warning. Cruelty and Unbridled Wrath help. A bad weapon still ends the session.
Balance DruidWrath hits harder after Sep 24. You still cast, and you still cannot snare a runner.
Discipline PriestThe file tells you to wand and lean on Shadow tools. It works. It is not a damage spec.
Demonology WarlockA second body helps. The file says the payoff talents are untested and the ranking is split.

Elemental ShamanThe file says weak below 40. Lightning Bolt levels you. The rotation does not exist yet.
Protection WarriorShield on, one mob at a time. You tank the dungeon. You do not win the quest clock.
Holy PriestIcy Veins says do not solo as Holy. The file keeps Spirit Tap so you can, and it is still the slow Priest.
Restoration ShamanIcy Veins: a group leveler. Ten Elemental points keep Lightning Bolt honest. It is still a healer.
Restoration DruidThe file's own limit: leveling as Restoration is the slow druid. Wild Growth does not kill quest mobs.- Holy PaladinBest in a dungeon group. Solo, you are a Ret paladin who has not talented Ret. Bubble and wand.
