Forever Meta

Beta snapshot · build 1.60.1.70124 · level cap 30 · L60 conclusions are projections until launch

Methodology

What this is

Forever Meta gives one decisive build per spec and mode — PvP (battlegrounds and world PvP; there is no arena), PvE (level-60 dungeons and raid prep) and Leveling (10→60). Every build is validated against the beta client's own talent data: allocations must be exactly 51 legal points and leveling orders must stay legal at every level.

The big caveat

The beta is capped at level 30 (build 1.60.1.70124); the game launches November 4, 2026 and raids open December 9. Level-60 conclusions are projections from talent text and early reports, and item stats are hidden until they drop, so there is no best-in-slot list yet. Treat anything at L60 as theory until launch data arrives.

Evidence types

  • Official Stated by Blizzard (blog posts, dev notes).
  • Beta-tested Played or measured in the beta, at the current level cap.
  • Datamined Read from the beta client or data exports; may change before launch.
  • Theory Reasoned from talent and ability text only.

Confidence levels

  • Proven At least two reputable or official sources agree and it has been beta-tested.
  • Supported One reputable source, or beta-tested at level 30 or below.
  • Projection Projection — no direct testing at the relevant level.
